What brand of frozen egg noodles do you use? I love the ones in the picture you have. I am from southeast Iowa originally but have lived in other parts of the country for 30 yrs. And now I live in southeastern Georgia. I remember the noodles like that when I was growing up but I have never been able to find them. They are just the right thickness. I may have to break down and at 50 try making them. My mother and both grandmothers passed a long time ago and unfortunately so did their recipes. If you know of a good recipe for homemade I love that too!

      Hi Selina!

I used Reames Homestyle Egg Noodles from the frozen food section. They worked perfectly! I hope you enjoy this as much as we do!
