Bullys Behaven began in 2007 when Mike Maione rescued a misunderstood Pit Bull named Hector from a local animal shelter. Mike’s work in rehabilitating Hector to no longer be aggressive and become the ideal family dog inspired him to create Bullys Behaven. Mike has worked with all types of breeds and sizes and concerns. There is no dog that is out of reach and is considered an expert in working with bully breeds and “unsavable” dogs. His experience includes advanced Obedience Training, Behavior Modification and Aggressive Dog Training. Mike has worked with tracking teams, police departments, animal control officers and many other canine professionals. After helping hundreds of families and their dogs have happy lives together, Bullys Behaven remains committed to our goal - helping owners through through the rehabilitation of their dogs that are exasperating their families, or possibly on the path to being rehomed or even euthanized.
